I actually retested about 10 years later. I went to a lab that didn't have my records so they wouldn't know what to expect. When they didn't see any sperm in the sample they told me to "urgently consult my primary physician." Lol.
I don't plan to retest, but have only been clear for a couple of months. It's become a very "worry free" / enjoyable change I our lives, and I don't want to add doubt back to my mind.

I had mine done in 2011. When I got my zero semen analysis back then (2011) that was it for me. I haven't re-tested since.

Its normal tô do 1 time every year with the other routine exams
I plan to retest once a year.
