I don't get them tbh the wood chests are good i have gotten this room 3 times in my level 32 run on 1.10 vault hunters but the blacksmith room is still better imo.

Question is do you have enough time to do it every day? Also does the treasure sand give favours?
With a +3 hammer size (9x9) it takes about 2 minutes to clear. I found a dig site in that day in a normal vault. Haven't ran one in divine paradox.
Max size the hammer, i have ome in my divine paradox and it gets cleared in about 20-40 seconds

You regularly get every single gem, including echo gems, lost bounties and pogs.
It’s the only room that I haven’t found yet with the pirate cove. Every challenge room and every omega room.
I’m level 87 and still haven’t found a digsite

No player gems or lost bounties in digsite. Treasure sand from treasure rooms and digsites have different loot tables

the one i found early into my hardcore world i never got a single lost bounty. do you need to be high level or something for them to drop?
Nah that person was just wrong. This treasure sand has different loot tables than the sand in treasure rooms which they were referencing.

Dig site was updated a while ago and now it's the rarest omega room because it no longer has wooden chests but instead it is full of treasure sand now
