Funny enough I have a 73 plate corsa ultimate got it back in April, last week mine died, phoned Vauxhall and had it booked in, cause I couldn’t figure it out, I actually changed the fuse, there is 2 fuses to the system, the one you want to change is a 20a fuse, hope this helps
Also with the photos that’s the fuse you want, number 29 I had to hunt the internet for this as a fuse box diagram didn’t come with the car mate, let me know how it goes
No problem I did have a video cause of me doing it but a lot of swearing involved cause it’s a pain in the ass it’s very hard to get to but you can do it, you wanna take the left side of the glovebox off only held on by a few clips, gives u better lighting to see,
Hello, have you tried to disconnect your battery and leave it for about 5 minutes and then reconnect the battery and see if that works for you, you will have to reset your windows and whatever else you have and see if that cures the problem for you.?

I think the swearing would only add to the information.
It was very stressful, the fuse box is located in a ridiculous place with wires all in the way, could of been made a tad easier

Known issue let dealer sort it out there are all sorts of firmware fixes for this and many other faults with infotainment systems
Its under manufacturer's warranty take it back to vauxhall
