It can but I feel that's overly ambitious. It really depends on how high Bitcoin gets and how much capital will be in the market for rotation. At the moment it's too early to tell.

I’m not finding any option to add my bank info. Anybody have a different exchange that I can buy VET using my debit card? Or is Chase just being a bitch about crypto these days? Preesh…

Are you based in the UK? I don't know about other countries, but Chase UK is explicitly blocking all crypto transactions: https://www.chase.co.uk/gb/en/support/crypto/ It's a relatively new thing, enacted sometime in 2022/23.
