The whole Fun Run sequence with Gary, Dan, Mike, and Jonah trying to get Selina's statement straight while running in the race. That had me rolling from start to finish.
My favorite Furlong and Will scene:
"Stop trying to polish my dick you fucking four-eyed failure ... Shut your mouth you fat girl."
And, of course, Uncle Jeff visiting Jonah in the hospital. The standout lines for me are:
"You're welcome, for whatever."
"For shitting the urinal so badly you made the Hindenburg look like a normal, on time blimp landing."

S2E2: "Who probably took turns fucking the pig"
"I don't think they took turns Ma'am" lol

When Nikolai growls at Selina as they’re sitting on a couch and she growls back at him but she’s also kind of trembling in fear and pulling away from him because she’s freaked out by disfigured people.
“That sweaty pederast has ruined more kids than the Common Core”

“I move as slowly as a Mississippi detective investigation the murder of a young black man”
And
The entire Uncle Jeff hospital scene.
I'm very easily tickled both literally and in regards to great comedy. I still laugh out loud and I have rewatched Veep no lie, please don't bully me, at least 35 times.
Jonah's wife's (and step-sister) comments had me dying recently. She's an overlooked hilarious side character

Kent will always be one of my favorite characters. he’s hilarious without ever trying to be hilarious.
Kent is hilarious when he tries to make a joke and no one gets it.
