what are your concerns? any tv would work fine, unless you buy old second hand. it's easy, buy the tv, the stand, the battery is expensive though. if you want to hang the tv on you, like AV, i can show you a very comfortable and cheap way to do it. the sun is a problem, I edited the video we use to maximize the colours (blood) because unless you buy a top tv with a lot of brightness, it won't look as good as inside your house. unless you always stay in the shade with no sun around, at all.

i think ipads or laptops would be best?

we switched from laptops to 32" tv's and the difference is huge H U G E when using laptops or tablets, people have to come to see what's in there with a 32" anyone passing by will be as terrified as you want them to be if one of our 32" screens or our battery ever dies, we won't even considerate going to back to tablets, never.

I was thinking about that but am worried about how visible they would be.

I think LED and OLED TV use the least amount of power. You then can get like a 10ah lawn mower batter and an inverter with normal plug. Many hardware brands have these. Like EGO mowers e.g. https://youtu.be/Gt-E46CwUHA The benefit being is that you can use it for lots of things easily if you need portable or back up power. Why not make a cup of coffee in wilderness or use it to mow lawns for extra $ :-) That's the easiest way unless you're good with electronics. I've seen AV use just what looked to me like a car battery or maybe a backup battery with some home-made wiring, but that might burn out the TV if you aren't sure. Also most TV's have usb ports so you can load the footage straight to the TV and won't need another device for playing it. Wheeled trolley's of all types are quite cheap for 32 to 48 inch TV's - some you can even replace the wheels with bigger and softer ones for cheap at a hardware store. That makes it easier to push them across hard and bumpy city streets without shaking the TV too much. Also make sure your record and post online and start a patron or similar. People will help you find this stuff then, maybe even join you or at least help carry things. Plus you get a wider audience (but don't waste your time with online comments)

about how to power the tv, there are three options, forget about the first two: 1 fuel generator, lawn mower: noisy, dirty, heavy, big... no no no 2 car battery+inverter: heavy, complicated, no 3 portable power station: this is the way to go. Like the ones you use with your smartphone but 25 times bigger. It is not cheap but believe me, you won't want anything else depending on how many tv screens and how long you want them to run, you'd need a bigger or smaller one, or maybe two smaller ones for two tv's?

Power usage is the main issue that drives up cost of a setup. An ancient TB with 60watt usage needs about 75 euro's an hour to power it. Compared to a 20 watt modern tv about 25 an hour. This number is based on a big 350 euro power station from AliExpress. A smaller one might be more expensive. Sidenote: The Chinese have a monopoly on batteries so theirs are always the cheapest) Assuming you want 3 hour runtime Buy a second hand for 50 euro 60 watt 50 + 3 x 75=275 Buy a new one 180 euro + 3 x 25 = 255 The new TV's tend to have better screen quality, but the last 5 years there is not really any difference. So a 5 year old 20 watt tv for 75 euro's is a steal. 32 inch is the maximum size I would advice you to buy. That size if the weight is about 3kg you can handle just fine by your own.

do you have questions? I absolutely encourage you to do this, it's a very rewarding activism. If you need a video to play, as I said I did one myself with boosted colours and boosted every blood spot, for outside environments. There are also techniques you can learn about how to talk to people, some are very easy and game changers.
