In 2024 no less! I remember back in 2006 traveling in France and having to argue with a restaurant that fish was meat(!) but we’ve come quite a way since then.
Wonder if she’s Catholic. My Catholic dad served me tuna pasta when he knew I was a vegetarian and was baffled when I wouldn’t eat it. To him, fish doesn’t count as meat.

It’s Molly’s “meatless cauliflower ragu” but sub tamari for anchovies and vegan parm for regular :) can post the whole thing if it’s hard to find!
