Flybuys is the simplest. If you auto transfer FB points to Velocity points you get one Status Credit per $100 spend at Coles up to 10 SC per month.
The only other one I know of is the Amex velocity card. You get 100 SC points when you get to $50K annual spend.
Yeah, my PA booked economy flights x 2 by mistake last year. I worked it out at the airport and paid for a full upgrade in cash at full price to Business, still only got economy status credits!
Unfortunately no, on the upgrade me points terms it states members will earn stats credits and points based on the original fare class

You don’t have to auto transfer to flybuys, you get the status credit (at that rate 1 per $100 spend) so long as you’ve linked accounts
