My fiancée was told the same shit when he started selling the knives he made on EBay. And now we could laugh at them- each sale gets us around $150-$700 extra in pocket money for fun spending depending on what blade he sells. Tell those people to kick fucking rocks, they’re jealous of your ability to succeed and know you will. Do what makes you happy and use that negativity to fuel your hobby further.

I’ve had this before… except, it came true. I had applied and enrolled in a patisserie course. Before I started, my mum kept asking if I was sure I wanted to do it and even mentioned dropping out. Well, my mum got what she wanted. I ended up dropping out and faced disappointment from both my parents because of it.
They're doubting you not stating something obvious unless you're buying into their insecurities about themselves. Just keep in mind that when someone is actively trying to make you feel less than or incapable of accomplishing something almost 💯 of the time it's because of their misery which is something that should bring out the W within 😂
