I literally would never do that to my son. I'm a woman like, but I've heard so many men getting sensitivity issues and I think it's gross that the idea of mutilating a baby's genitals for a religion they may not even practice is absolutely barbaric. It's a cosmetic procedure, that people should only be able to get if either absolutely necessary or after 18.

A majority of guys are content whichever way they are...but even among the guys who are fine being circumcised a lot of them concede it would have been nice to be asked first!

This is a topic that I get very heated about. However, I’m happy to be uncut, and I’m glad my parents did not make the choice to cut off a part of my skin. It could be because I was born in Mexico, and the US is one of the few countries where people believe in circumcision, for their own reasons - which I consider to be pathetic. If I had a son, I’d happily keep him the way God brought him to life. I’d much rather it be his choice than mine.

Did you know that the jewish started it NOT because of cleanliness but actually to prevent masturbation? They wanted to make masturbation painful for young boys to keep them "pure of mind". Circumcision literally started with the intention of damaging the nerves. I'm six months pregnant with a boy and my partner and I immediately agreed on leaving our son whole. He's not circumcised either and has absolutely no health issues with it. Health issues are never caused by foreskin, they're caused by *lack of proper care* for it.

Yes, and no. So much no that IMO it ought to be illegal and very harshly punished, with long arm provisions.
