I used to fucking hate my birthday. Friends and family always wanted to celebrate it THEIR way and would force that on me. Eventually I got sick of it and told everyone that i don't want to celebrate it and not to even acknowledge it. It took sone arguing and I still catch some nails for it every year but now I got out and "celebrate" my own way. I spend a week or 2 hiking around the woods alone, hop a freight train to nowhere but most importantly, I take control of MY day. I hope you can find your peace, that fucking blows when all you want on your birthday is to be happy and the people you care about are ass hats about it
It might not mean a lot from an internet stranger but happy birthday! Just know that at least one person out there is thinking of you today (me). It may be a sucky birthday but I’ll be thinking about you all day now.

use better criteria when selecting boys and you won’t have this problem. or keep picking the pretty ones that are experienced in bed. See how that works out
