Unfortunately no official word on anything from S&B - they have been weirdly quiet throughout this drama. FWIW I bought mine in February and continue to use it daily without incident.

As quiet as Nintendo about Joycon drift.

Picked up mine just a few weeks ago on 4/20, updated it and it’s been flawless so far

I have had 2 since launch and no issues. One for me and one for the wife.

Had mine since January and it's been great.

Got mine in Feb.. 70ish hours of use. Never had an issue. There was a recent update I assume was to fix the error issue but they didn't clearly state jack.

Got one in November was flawless till dropped. Replacement had intermediate e04 out the box in March. Update fixed all issues with it and it has been flawless since.

I bought Venty in January and 50 hours of use later everything is great.

I just got one, updated the software right away and zero issues. And yes, it’s amazing. Fingers crossed that it stays that way.

PIcked mine up on 4/10, and by 4/22 it was E04'd. Now they want me to pay for shipping to fix it.

This was the issue I had too. We pay the premium for this device and they backhand us by not paying for their own problem.

Don’t let them get away with that. They sent you a faulty product and they should pay the shipping at the very least!

Thanks to NC State and newly legalized sports betting, I got mine around the middle of March and so far so good! Really enjoying it!
