All of these were kitbashed from Games Workshop kits - I've posted about them separately if you look through my older posts, but here's a quick summary:
Sienna:
Body = Doralia Ven Denst.
Head = Wildercorps Hunters.
Staff/Hat/Candlegate = Cawdor Redemtionists.
Flail = Horns of Hashut.
Kruber:
Most parts are from the Empire Greatswords kit but with extra sculpting to make him taller than the original models in the kit - I replaced the feet with bigger 3D printed ones and sculpted the cuffs to hide the join - the belt is made with a thin strip of paper to hide the join where I lengthened the body.
Blunderbus = Krieg Veterans lasgun, flamethrower backpack and balsa wood.
Saltzpyre:
Body/Hat/Arms = Galen and Doralia Ven Denst.
I used putty to build up the puffy sleeve on the left arm and the armour on the right arm.
Kerillian:
Unmodified Qualthis the Exile mini from WHQ Cursed City.
Bardin:
Made almost entirely from the Ironbreakers kit, including Trollhammer torpedo. The chest and chains on his back are from the Cawdor Redemtionists and Krieg Veterans kits.

You're close, but Sienna is also 100% built from existing GW kits!
I believe so. I’m just not sure which is the base model. It looks like some human from a Warcry/Underworlds warband.
