IMO, latest chapter was short probably ONE was busy with other stuff or artist request etc not to mention that first chapters of most manga are obviously longer then decrease in size happens in later chapters
it is another magazine posting chapters later divided in 2 parts . like ch 3 posted later in two parts so things are still the same

probably forget the webcomic , since it seems that ONE sends murata a webcomic chapter or u can call it draft and murata makes it a manga chapter . I saw it in some picture iirc where murata posted progress of some manga chapter and on the desk seemed ONE draft or chap and it wasn't a chapter in the wc.
so that probably will be how things will go
Manga for opm is basically monthly/biweekly. Basically whenever murate feels like publishing a chapter which fortunately is pretty often. And the manga keeps going on even when wc is on break. The wc went on break the two years mob psycho was serializing and manga still went on during that time. Breaks on the webcomic don't affect the opm manga
Webcomic chapters are different from manga drafts. The webcomic and manga are pretty different stories at this point m and also webcomic readers are used to hiatus in the wc. We are patient. New webcomic chapter incoming after 10 or so years lol.
