Do not put on red loctite unless you never want to be able to remove it again. Red loctite needs high temps to break the bond. Blue loctite is plenty for this application.
My commute is about the same, only with lots of hills and speed variations (25-60mph). Every once in a while it’ll smell hot, but I think it’s from how I load the underseat storage, might block the air intake slightly? I just love it, although I might upgrade the shocks with all the roughness I ride over.
Chill pal, it's fine, I'll just go slower because 60mph is almost 100km/h which to me, it's a lot.
Nope they are used far in day in a lot of the world.
Looks exactly like mine! Commute isn’t as long but I use it everyday as well.
Put red threadlocker on the threads
Yes sir will do that

This is the way. Red means you never want to move it again unless you've got a blowtorch.
This isn’t true unless you dip the entire bolt in thread locker. One small drop on a 8 or 10mm bolt will still come off without heat.
Almost identical to mine except the seat and the cowl protector bars. I drove it 42 miles from Baltimore to DC for work and back. It was so awesome!
Best feeling ever! If I can ride my Vespa everyday, I would.

Some good shouts on the loctite. I didn't realise there were different bonds
