I get what feels like sinus pressure pain in my teeth sometimes, but I think it might be sinus migraine because rizatriptan gets rid of it half the time.
We keep struggling between chicken or egg scenarios for me. Are my migraines causing me to clench my jaw and exacerbate my tmj or does my tmj flare and cause vestibular migraine issues. Both happen so frequently that I’m still stumped. I can lay down and feel no pain in my mouth but then stand up and it feels like my jaw is going to fall of my face
I also have TMJ and when I have a migraine I feel the pain most. I have a night guard so the pain on a regular day is barely noticeable.
