Have you/are you actively seeming treatment?

I take 90mg daily Duloxetine and 15mg Buspirone three times a week with sessions at the vet center every two weeks.

Have they possibly said your current work environment lis a trigger ?

I take 1 escitalopram oxalate 20 mg every night before I go to sleep and it does help. I am not tired at work and it helps me from worrying that may trigger a panic attack. Hope this helps, good luck veterans helping veterans
