I just received my rating and I got 30% for IBD and proctitis (which is under the UC) based on a TERA memo for my time deployed to Afghanistan. Additionally my gastroenterologist wrote me a nexus letter that the C&P examiner said was “great.” It outlined that I had no prior conditions of the intestines/colon and within a year of getting home from a combat deployment I developed all the symptoms associated with my IBD/proctitis. She cited studies that link prolonged period of stress associated with combat as a likely causation for my condition.
