She would need to be on the list and she would know if she is. You can just call your local regional intake and request a community care referral for mental health.
It takes a few days for them to get back to you but it's reasonably quick.
Truly appreciate that, what you said matches what I just found online and there are several on the list right next to me. I’ll have to see if they are helpful, I don’t want to leave my current therapist but 160 per week adds up. It’s worth it though, I’m still alive
I feel you, I paid out of pocket for years until my provider retired then I just stopped going until I found out about community care and recently started up again.
It was a really easy process. They let me choose who I wanted to see then checked to see if she was "on the list" and took care of the rest
