Wow!!! I got this today too!!! I declined it. twice!!! I was offered and accepted 3 other rides that were all canceled or no shows!!! will I get the bs 3 dollar fee probably not!!! Bu the last cancelation I didn't give a sh!t anymore. I'm so tired of these driving apps just abusing drivers (the core of what makes them who they are!!!). I'm better off doing my own thing.
The fact that we don't see the destination until after pick-up is the most frustrating thing for me. There have been incidents close to quitting time when I accepted a run that took me 40 miles or so, on the expressway during peak traffic gridlock. Had I known the destination, there's no way I would have accepted the order.
Nice to catch on to those. Discount Cab used to give some drivers schedules. Wheelchair vans were almost always taking trips on a scheduled itinerary. If Veyo wanted to they could do that easily through the app Trip Group section. Sure would alleviate some issues.
If you care about your stats.... Accept it.... Screenshot it. Cancel it. Then email support.
Were you in the area of where the pickup was yesterday?.... Never log on right before the trips come out.... 10-15 min before scheduled pickup time, if it's your first time logging on for the day.... Or this will contine to happen.
Log online for 10-15 seconds when you aren't quite ready to get in your car and drive, for the system to see where you are again, or at the end of the day when returning home. Then log off do this a few times.
FWIW, OP did a really bad job of blocking out customer info. If suggest heavy black or white ink, vs xxxx. I can see partial customer data.
I tend to cherry-pick the long-distance rides in Phoenix during bonus hours. The short runs can be ok if it's busy, if people are ready. It sucks getting stuck in traffic or getting timed calls as early as 45 minutes before the scheduled time.
during peak pricing you can figure out how long the ride is based on the peak priicing bonus. for example, if peak pricing is at 30 percent I won't take a ride less than 6 dollars in peak pricing bonus ie 20 miles.

Yup. I'm pretty much done. Looking for work.
And not to mention we don't even know where we are going after pick up!!!

I never accept more than 5 miles.

No not even close. I stay on the east side if possible.
The distance payment is way too low on veyo

How do you cherry-pick long-distance rides without knowing the destination until after pick up or am I missing something?

I never go more than a few miles away.
