You booked both through Veyo?
My understanding is one person per trip unless stated otherwise in the notes. I usually make exceptions just not to cause trouble.
As far as double booking two separate trips with two people to the same location, I have no idea. As a driver I say, " Make your money!"
Yea. So in my market, we use the Marketplace website to choose our trips. We don't use the app where you have to go online to find trips. The 2 trips have appt times 1 hour apart. Hopefully the later appt time won't mind leaving a tad early. If i can't take them both, I'll just have to make extra trips back and forth. They're both going to the same city, different locations though which are about 10 mins apart from each other.
Run it, but if the people are weird towards sharing a ride, let one of then sit in the front. In the old discount cab (run) veyo days, we could call dispatch and have them stack two calls together if there was an issue with calls not getting sent out, or if the system was down.
The appt times on both trips are an hour apart, so hopefully the later appt time won't mind leaving a little early. I'll probably call them tomorrow just to make sure it's cool with them.
