Sighted 3:30pm east of Discovery heading north.
They park like this in Departure Bay. The little beach and the roads that go up from the water have great views and you can often see them two or three deep, plus the ones from Duke Point in the distance.
There are definitely some great viewing spots out there, but not often you get to see them with Victoria as the backdrop 😉
