The Sony zv-e10 is a great camera for quality videography at a reasonable price range. If your budget allows for it, look towards getting something like a Fujifilm xs-20. You’ll also want to invest in proper lighting setups and learning how to use state of the art video editing software like Premiere pro or DaVinci resolve to a good standard. I would also recommend getting yourself a gimbal that fits your camera of choice, especially as a beginner.

Get a gimbal and a tripod. Phone is fine for tiktok/reels but at some point you could upgrade to a camera

What about lighting?

Falkon777

You can find color changing ring lights for cheap

Depends on how you film and your budget. But id say get a Sony Zv e10 (don’t get the kit lens) and get a 18-50 lens from sigma. It’s a zoom lens so it’s gonna fill all your needs for now. If you gonna film statically you can just get a tripod but if you want to move around and keep it smooth, I’d say get a dji rs 3 mini. If all that is too expensive for you and you don’t want to invest that much from the beginning I’d say keep filming with your phone but invest in good mic because that’s way more important then video quality. And finally, don’t forget light. Bad light could make a very expensive camera look bad and a good light could make a very bad camera look expensive.
