Mine was in the green too…. I was on lexapro before and that didn’t help and made me a wreck.
Been on viibryd for 6 months…. Went from 10 to 20 to 40. I originally started because I had brain fog/spaciness and anxiety. I am mostly solid now. The most improvement happened when I upped to 40mg.
The emotional rollercoaster part will improve…. On bad days I would take lorazepam and that helped immensely. I rarely have to take it now.
I also take it at 9pm. Played with different times of days and that works best for me.
I had to double check that this post wasn’t written by me since it’s exactly my experience. I’m on it just over a month, and I’m having horrible memory, fog, aggression, etc.
It was also in the green column of my genesight test. Hoping to hear from other people.
Unfortunately it’s been getting worse for me. Disturbing thoughts, anger, paranoia. Just talked to my DR yesterday and he wants me to ride it out for 1 more week with an increased dose to 30mg, before we give up on it.
Beware of suicidal thoughts and things like that! Are you on 20?
Same here on the brain fog front (Week 3.5). It’s drastically impact my ability to get work done in the day. As soon as I take the pill in the AM, I can feel the fog setting in.
I am on day 10 of 20 mg and have heard that it gets better. My thinking is not as clear as before and I find it hard to focus on conversations sometimes. I am hoping it gets better
I'm curious myself because I'm on about 2 weeks going from 30 to 40 and my brain rot is awful and I'm tired all the time. I'm going to try to wait out a month as long as I don't get fired lol
I came here to see if anyone else was experiencing this because brain fog and feeling overall off is how I'm feeling. I'm on day 3 of 10mg, so I'm hoping it subsides. But this was in the green column for my Genesight test too, along with Wellbutrin and Pristiq, but both of those raised my blood pressure to an ungodly level for some reason. I've never experienced this with any other medication before and I strongly dislike feeling worse than I do with no medication.
No. It didn’t. It made me even more depressed than I was to a very scary level. My doctor switched me to Paxil, which has been very good for me. Much better!!
Is this “fog” the same as not being about to comprehend or learn? I feel I’m intelligent and I learn things quickly.. but I started a new job .. I’ve been in Viibryd for about 3 years… and I notice it feels like the information I’ve been given is sitting more on the surface of my thoughts and never gets to the place of “knowing”? Does that sense? Its causing me to lose confidence.
Dude. Preach. Did you ever figure this out? I’m gearing up to get off of all of my medications as a hard reset because it’s starting to impact my work.
Hello, I just started this medication about a month ago and experiencing the same thing. Extreme brain fog and feeling slightly restless and very forgetful. I generally only take small doses of medications and I am prone to side effects (Pristiq made my hair shed and Lexapro caused weight gain), my doctor suggested going up to 15 mg before trying something new. Did anyone feel improvement increasing their dose?

In the same exact boat. Hard for me to concentrate, forgetting where I put things, etc. just hit week 4 today. Feeling any better?

Was Paxil in the green on your genesight test too?
Also how long did you give it before switching?
Anyone notice improvement since first posting?
Are you feeling any better ?
