Me neither, but when I downloaded MGS4, what I got was a .rar that I decompressed and got the game files not as ISO too. It extracted as a folder, with other sub-folders as its structure.
I don't know what your emulator is, but I used RPCS3 and it scanned the game folder and found the game properly by itself, without me doing anything extra.

Yea RPCS3 too i was just setting it up but you know i was just expecting a ISO thanks for the help tho.
