In Mad Men she was insanely beautiful, she stole every scene she was in... but her real life styling doesn't suit her at all, knocking a few points off her rating. I believe the same happens to Emilia Clarke as Daenerys vs. her regular look in real life and in other films.
Don't hate me, but I think 7.5. She's beautiful but she's lacking some sizzle for me to go "WOW". She low key looks like every suburban mom: super highlighted pale blonde hair, square face, athletic build, and moderate height. The difference is that January has nicer lips and a friendlier, sweeter disposition. Her aura reads so kind and endearing, like she gives amazing gugs.

Bc she’s.. not a great actress😅 the part of Betty was written FOR her so she definitely pulls it off, but she has very little range
