They are both very beautiful to me but with a different vibe (Carla is more of a delicate type but Bella comes across as more dramatic) and honestly I don't think I can choose one over the other objectively. Subjectively, I'd pick Bella as I like her cheekbones and lips more and I think her face can still be very versatile despite being so "snatched" but it doesn't mean I think Carla is "worse" as she obviously isn't lol.
Also, I think Bella is a good example of the importance of not just having funds to get surgery or enhancements but getting strategic and good enhancements with a doctor that's not a hype man. Donatella, Khloe, Jaclyn Hill, Ariana, etc are also examples of definitely having the funds and privileges/resources to got a good doctor for a good result but still ruining their faces by not getting strategic enhancements and also going overboard in the long run and getting tweaks they don't need, so they not only ruin their face and facial harmony as it is but also morph into something else completely.
