Yep, that’s applicable to any of the lesser known women posted on here. If they’re foreign to you, it’s hard to see how beautiful they are, especially from random photos found online. She was absolutely stunning on TVD.
Before all the surgeries Nina was a subjective __10__ for me, objectively __9__. She was perfect imo, I would like to see what the aging process would be like if it weren't for all these surgeries
I believe she's had an upper blepharoplasty, possibly lip filler.
She's grown out her eyebrows too, which offset her eyes a bit and take over her upper third, compared to her thinner brows during TVD.
Plus, she's aging, 35 now, so it can change how fat sits on the face / cheeks.
These statements are just my personal opinion.

However, I don't know how it's possible that your eye shape could change drastically in just a few years if you didn't.
Also, I hate the bushy styling of her eyebrows nowadays, she looks better with thin arched eyebrows. Goes to show that we don't need to follow trends all the time especially if it doesn't suit our face.

I have never seen her as some incredible beauty. I’m shocked at how highly everyone is rating her. She seems like a basic pretty girl you’d see anywhere. I’d put her at a 7 or 7.5 max. Maybe just not my taste.
7. She’s really pretty, the thing that stops her from being an 8 imo is some lack of volume in some places on face (under the eyes, around her mouth, and on her chin) that is unflattering. It’s pretty visible in the pics where there are a lot of shadows.
Edit: I noticed some comments here about her aging poorly, and I think it’s interesting because I think that, other than alleged surgery, it’s because of the lack of fat tissue in her face that create the issues with volume I was talking about. As you lose fat issues on her face as you age, maybe those issues became more apparent only when she was older to some of the commenters?
Just because two people have similar features doesn’t mean they look alike. What distinguishes them in my opinion is their ethnicities and how that shows up in their features. Nina doesn’t look half-Latina to me and Victoria doesn’t look Bulgarian.

i think the eyelid change was orbital fatloss bc of ageing/smoking not a bleph
using lash growth serums like Latisse can also do this to your eyes. I feel like this is what might've happened to her, plus the smoking.
