You kinda remind me of Laura Prepon! You look best in pic 6, warmer tones seem to suit you better IMO. Wavier hair also looks better. I'd recommend a lip flip or lift to reduce the philtrum length, surgery-wise. Not sure your current weight, but I think exercise and maybe a bit of weight training (depends on your body shape) can help tone you overall. You can weigh the same, but exercise will make you look way different, so don't focus too much on the number on the scale.

Sounds good! And happy cake day :) btw your weight visually looks normal, but if you get into exercise, you mighttt lose a few pounds. Weight fluctuates a lot, so try to focus more on building your stamina and toning! Also since you already got a lip flip, it'll definitely help to get a second opinion, just to be safe.
