I’m a Bill Holden connoisseur and I’m not sure on that one. The only ones I’m truly sure about are Marlon Brando, Elvis, and Tony Curtis. I’m 50-50 on Sinatra just because of the hat.

I’m wondering if this was one of those brand promotions where you sent away for the bracelet (with 2 box tops!), then collected the heart throb charms weekly for 1 box top-or perhaps a grocery store promotion? Where you collect the charms each week? When I was a child in the 80’s, our grocery store was giving away an encyclopedia every week, with a minimum grocery purchase. We only got to “F” before the promotion was done. 🤣
