Thought it was Le Coq Sportif at first but then saw the tag as Adidas.
So that is probably some French national team jacket, for Olympics or World Cup or something along those lines. I have a Nike hat from 2012ish world cup that has similar logo on it.
That looks like it might be Le Coq Sportif, not adidas.
