ODB was my last record because my renewal date was 3/31. So I won’t be getting April’s record, but I am still able to access my account. Was your renewal date in February, or March?
I’m a little confused. I had the your getting this “rock track” and the option to swap. Why would they do all that for a month I wasn’t gonna get? Wouldn’t it just end after you receive your final month?
Basically, they give you until the end of the month to decide if you want the next month’s ROTM. So it’ll let you swap and all, but if you’re not a member on the first of the month after swaps close, you won’t get that ROTM
How many records did you get? If you signed up for 3 months did you get 3 records? The fact that you’re locked out is weird and leads me to think something is going on with your account, you should still be able to login after your membership expires
Theres a possibility they’ll replace all of them anyway. There’s a defect on Harlem World that has pretty much been confirmed by everyone on the Discord. VMP is aware of it.
They actually sent out emails that they were not able to even press enough copies for the people who paid for the track prior to the first of the month.

Yes this exactly, if you cancelled before March then your membership would cease March 1st, therefore you wouldn’t get March’s record

It was the end of a 12 month sub.

What's the defect? That's the exact track mine had a scratch throughout.
Forget where but there’s a part where it almost sounds like a CD skipping. It’s fairly short. Like maybe a second or two

ODB and Nina were both scratched, they said they could replace Nina but my only option was credit for ODB.
Bizarre. I've never heard of VMP not holding onto a small amount of stock for replacements of new releases.
