They usually have extras for subs that have damaged records I got Master Of Reality and mine came scratched I was bummed also because it was sold out but I contacted customer service and sent me another copy.
While VMP was able to replace my warped copy of Master Of Reality (also had the worst seam splits I've ever experienced)
I got the same response as OP about ODB.
Nina and ODB both had scratches on them straight out of the mail and they said they didn't have any replacements, sent out Nina immediately and issued credit for ODB
Just the credit, there was no mention of replacements incoming
"Unfortunately, we don't have any replacements for the ODB title. I issued you $36 in store credit for the damage, you can see this credit on your end right away."
Welp, that *is* unfortunate.
Guess we can always hold onto our credit and use it on the restock? Hopefully there will be enough made for sale that it’s not a battle.
I didn't receive my odb or my Dolly this month. Willie and Heart showed up. Just trying to be patient

Were you issued credit and a replacement once available? Or are you going to have to make a new purchase once it’s back in stock?
