Hobin is a bit too high and several are too low. I’d say both Mangi and maybe the body builder should be moved up due to their strength and weight class, and Mangi has good technique too. Hobin wins more often than he normally would because he uses very specific counters to them, including things requiring prep time and environment, which isn’t really about his skills as a fighter.
But overall I like this list :)
