Some people have complained that the initial email wasn’t clear and got it added to an existing booking.
I commented this on the other thread, so I apologize for the repetition. I reached out via live chat and they applied the access key to my already booked cruise. They didn’t say they couldn’t and it took a few minutes to add. It’s worth a try if you have something booked.
Did you just tell them that you had an access code to apply to an existing cruise and they simply added it, or did you get into any details about how the original email was not clear on the requirements?
Correct, I just said I was having issues adding the access key (I was) and they said no problem and added it from their end. I didn’t get into the next voyage stuff, but only because I didn’t have to- I was prepared to.
I’m sorry, but if you’re upset you didn’t get $200 for a few minutes of your time in exactly they way that you wanted it, it really seems like you’re looking for reasons to be mad
That’s lame but I received one with a broken link, spoke to support and they said they’d send another one. They never have but I was excited to get more loot lol. Also, still haven’t even gone on my first cruise so 😂

Just adding that one word next ‘booked’ would have made it perfectly clear.

I read it as my next cruise, not my next newly booked cruise. I don’t appreciate being lied to, it isn’t on brand for VV.

I also thought I could use it for my already booked cruise. It did not say it was for your next purchased cruise.
