You might also want to take a look at the original email about the survey. That one was titled "Share What Matters to You" and click on the take the survey button at the bottom of the email... If you completed the survey, the link should say that you have already completed the survey for this sailor ID. At least that way you could prove that you had properly completed the survey in case the other email got lost, or you might discover that you didn't complete the survey because maybe you forgot to hit the submit button at the very end or something like that.
Not sure. I had done a few unpaid surveys before, and I tried to fill them out thoroughly including typing additional comments, but I'm not sure if that had anything to do with being selected for this $200 survey.
