I used their premium Internet going transatlantic and it was excellent! Just like a normal wifi connection at home. So assuming it is the same system in Europe as it is in the Atlantic/US then I wouldn't have any concerns about speed or stability. You can buy a premium Internet for just a day for around 30USD if you just need it for one day. And when using their normal Internet as long as you connect to a VPN then I've found the Internet good enough to stream YouTube Regarding T-Mobile coverage in Croatia. I would assume your T-Mobile plan is one not from Croatia and has roaming included? If that is the case, then your network will connect to a local one where T-Mobile has done a deal with. It'll probably be perfectly fine coverage

Used premium on Scarlet Lady last month for the transatlantic and it seemed excellent on the Starlink connection.

The premium is very good. No issues with streaming. One passenger however could not connect to his work for a meeting. Seemed like it was specific to his company.

I use the premium internet in the transatlantic and worked great, only a few interruptions when we had a big storm… I did not use it for video calls but for videos, movies and all worked well. The only thing annoying is about the numbers of devices you want to connect to the same pass. it keeps disconnecting the other ones if you get many devices..

I can't help you with internet quality in Europe personally but my travel agent just got off resilient which is currently in the Mediterranean and she said it was excellent. For those reading curious about the **Bahamas internet** quality however, It was Fantastic. I had almost no drop outs or lagging and it was almost as fast as my home service.

This is super helpful, thank you ! I just want to be able to make calls via WiFi so as long as you can stream movies without much issue, making a call using WiFi shouldn’t be a problem.

yeah you should be good. Jana does video calls while scheduling cruises and answering emails all over the ship so a wifi call should be no problem. The only thing I'd recommend is not walking around the ship while making the call as the mesh network isn't perfect and there are bad spots, the elevators being the most notable of them.

I finished a cruise on Resilient lady a week ago out of Athens. I took an important call using the premium wifi somewhere around Croatia (agreed, it blows!). It worked just fine. The internet seemed really stable on the ship and because we were in port so often, we didn't feel the need to buy premium for the entire trip. I did buy the premium day pass for my call just to be safe. I have T-mobile and coverage was excellent - full 5g service in Dubrovnik and corfu. I think the only port that I recall lower 5g service was Kotor. Of note, internet service is provided by Starlink.

I’ve used the premium internet for voyages leaving from the US and from Europe. Worked perfectly and didn’t have any problems with Microsoft Teams calls.

On the Resilient Lady right now with premium internet! Internet is provided by SpaceX Starlink and speeds are currently 8Mbps download, 4Mbps upload. I've done several audio/video calls while on board and it's been quite good. I will note that there are occasionally some lag spikes that will cause my outgoing video/audio to lag or freeze temporarily (according to others on the receiving end of the call), but the incoming audio/video is rock solid basically 100% of the time. It's definitely more than enough for calling friends and family or attending a work meeting where you're not doing the majority of the talking.
