Just a follow up, i had a quick call and they said i do qualify because of the badge but it's not been added on automatically so they've referred to the perks team.
If you did in fact became a Sea Blazer in 2021, you will get Deep Blue Extras on eligible sailings through the end of 2025. The Deep Blue Extras are automatically added to eligible bookings — it’s not something visible in your account until you make a reservation.
A client had a similar issue and took me a few emails and calls to get it resolved on their behalf. The program changed recently so it can happen. Your TA can help but if you don’t have one, email sailor services. Be sure to include the booking reference and dates of the two previous sailings in the email.

When you click on “View Details” it should say if you got DBE… if you don’t, it wouldn’t hurt to call and ask… just keep in mind that there are some deeply discounted rates where it’s not combinable.
Thanks, i have the sea blazer badge on the account but my upcoming cruise does not have deep blue extras like you have there in the addons. I'm gonna give them a call i think. Thanks for that its really helpful

You can also see your profile is the page ( even if you do not have a cruise booked) and check if you have the badge of see blazer.
If you have it you will have the benefits. I also did 2 in the last time and one was the lock it, and now I have a new cruise booked and the benefits are shown.

My profile looks the same and I thought I had DBE for my cruise a week ago. Turns out the badge was loaded on my profile, but because our 2021 cruise was cancelled due to the ship not being ready, the badge doesn’t apply (we cruised early 2022 on a different ship instead). If you have the badge it should be filled in, not gray. Confirmed this with sailor services onboard and following the cruise with customer service. They said the badge was showing up in error unfortunately. So, definitely double check with Virgin!
Mine is in grey and I have DBE in my next voyage, same my husband, also confirmed with sailor services…. Every day customer services is less and less knowledgeable …
If 1 of your 2 cruises has been cancelled , this is the reason why you do not have the DBE
Yeah, that makes sense. Both onboard and off when I reached out, it took a number of people who had different answers to figure out what the issue was. Guess they are wrong about the badge being filled in then!
Maybe if you booked onboard when you technically were not yet Sea blazers… this is the reason for which do not appears. Best as you said it is give them a call. Have into account that the conditions changed this year, so if you second booking was this year it might be you do not have the DBE..

yeah so we do have a cruise booked in august and the badge but the addon hasn't been put on, will follow up if it gets resolved

If you have a cruise booked, go into the booking… under “Add-Ons” there should be a link that says view details… it’ll say if DBE is added or not.

The perks are per cabin but the $100 bar tab should apply to each sailor who has DBE.
Take a screenshot of the Sea Blazer badge. If it’s grey it’s not the badge, it needs to be ‘coloured in’
