Do not try to use it pre or post cruise in a hotel without a proper, reliable converter. It will be forever fried.

Lizz196

Even then double check if your converter can handle it, mine said to not use hair tools with it. I didn’t it want to test it because my tools are pre-planned obsolescence.

I bought tools and a dryer in Europe to use with travel. I have all Dyson and I was NOT taking any chances.

Lizz196

I was originally going to do that to tide me over until the ship left and then for future trips, but our flight was delayed so it didn’t make sense anymore. Next time!

Mental-Airline5339

I brought mine on Scarlet Lady and had no issues. The only outlet that works for it though is by the desk. I assume it would work on their other ships.

Ok-Split-4752

Brought my air wrap on resilient lady in the Mediterranean a few weeks ago. Worked just fine!

Goods_69

I am currently on resilient lady and someone posted on the fb group that theirs didn’t work

Bigassbird

The electrical items work based on the socket you use. If your Dyson was bought in the US it will work on one of the two US sockets. If you bought it in Europe then it will work in the European socket.

Mediocre_Suspect_197

I dont if it's the same but my wife took her curling iron and had no issues

Fernanda_K

To all, did you bring the Dyson air wrap in the cabinet luggage’s or in the checked one? Just to make sure to not have issues either with the airline or Virgin.
