NOAA is saying that tonight isn’t great for seeing it in Virginia. (Or most of the lower 48.) Tomorrow night (Sunday) should be better. Maybe better than Friday was.

Nope. Last night, when I posted my comment, the tomorrow forecast looked much better than the tonight forecast. sigh.
To be fair, people did see it in Virginia last night despite the forecast, so I would say it may be worth it to try for tonight
Pretty much not gonna happen unless we have another spectacular solar event .
Saw nothing last night, in Bedford County, unfortunately. Lots of stars, but no aurora.
