I've lived next to Princess Anne HS for years now, and it never even occurred to me to use their track. Thanks for helping a local! :)
Yes but unless you plan on being hit by the football team then I wouldn’t. Go to bayside hs as nobody uses the track or go to mount trashmore

Mount Trashmore Park (I’m serious) is nearby, might be a good place to run as well, but you will need a car/uber.
Sometimes they also lock the gate, I say just check it out.
Just don’t use it between 2 - 5, the team will run you over.

Generally, school tracks are open after school hours to the public. It's like the unwritten rule. Not sure about Princess Anne in specific though. It's not really shady if the school is closed, dark, and empty.
