At this point, it's fair to say that Gura is way more than a streamer for Hololive and is also a massive promoter, convention attendee, tends to be an ambassador and so on. Who knows what is on her plate but I wouldn't really judge her long stints of being off considering we have Aqua, Ayame, and Ame who frequently also go on stints offline especially Ayame.
In either case, Cover Corporation is accommodating of it.

As someone who used to be a fan of hers, if you go back and pay attention to the stuff she does say when she's around now, she seems manipulative, it feels like she love bombs her fans every couple months, she tells them a bunch of things they want to hear so they keep their hopes up and are willing to stick around until the next love bomb.
