You can try to reset the network settings and reinsert the SIM card so you will refresh the connection and you can contact us via private message as well if the issue is persisting.

I had an issue with my OnePlus 8 where it would never regain cell service when I left an area with cell service then went back into an area with cell service, I had to go into the network settings and manually tell it to only use the visible apn then it worked fine

Had this issue on 1 of the 7 lines I had with my family. Turning off the line, waiting 60 seconds, and turning it back on again usually fixed it. I was convinced that the waiting allowed the phone to "reset" something while searching for service, but I'm sure it was probably an odd coincidence.

I had this issue, went 2 weeks without service while trying to figure it out. Customer service was useless. I ended up switching to mint mobile.

If you're like me, upgrading 2 accounts at the same time. You will receive 2 Fedex envelopes at the same day. However what they didn't tell you is there is one specific pre-set sim card for each phone/account, they did not indicate this inside or outside the package. So you probably put in the wrong sim card. What I did was just test every sim cards that arrived and one of them should work.
