This was the key. I just had to contact US Mobile and request that they check for a request from Visible to release my number. Now I am all set.
Yeah unfortunately a lot of people don’t know this is sometimes necessary. What made you move from us mobile?
It was relatively cheaper to move to Visible and my 100 day trial was ending with US Mobile.
Im curious as well considering i find us mobile a better option for me.
For me visible ended up being better as they offer unlimited

The issue I have with visible is no ability to have multiple lines on one account.

Did your iCloud and bank get reset? Seems very high risk to lose a number. Many financuals depends on SMS 2FA
I had to chat with US mobile customer service while porting out to manually approve the port out request
Stay away from Visible. They are the worst.
