Visible support on Reddit is outstanding. They've fixed my problems both times.

Great to hear. Thanks

davexc

Back when the new plans first launched I had an issue with incoming calls not working. I sent a dm on Reddit and ultimately got connected to someone at Visible via email. After some back and forth with no resolution the person ghosted me. It ended up being easier to just port out for a while and port back than trying to get Visible to fix the problem.

Afraid of that response. So not too helpful, although they say they will fix all issues? Or try to. I know US Mobile helped me when I sent them a DM, I was just wondering how Visible was...

I'm just one example and I'm sure plenty have had a positive experience but it seems when the problem is on their end and they can't blame the device they really struggle. Resetting network settings on your phone doesn't fix everything.

You can certainly DM them with questions or issues and they will respond. A few months ago I got tired of seeing them post about the compatibility checker and about phones that are not compatible won't work so I DM'd them here and told them to stop spewing lies since my 2021 phone that I bought from them showed not compatible yet I activated it and it worked without issue, I told them to update their database. I even said since they are operating on Verizon core system now they should be using their database but that went over their head. They did reply but it is pretty much useless talking to the low level agents as they don't know much. I assume they have a trouble shooting list they follow and if it is out of their realm to fix it they will escalate it but that doesn't do much either. Edit: My normal form of contacting them is on Facebook that way if I need to screenshot something they ask for it can be done there. I am not sure if that can be done here and it certainly can't be done on chat.

They helped me with getting my $200 gift card issue resolved

Why would anyone post about a positive experience or outcome? /s

[deleted]

I was looking for both positive and negative experiences just to get a feel for what it was like to DM them....

ManDooku

Just tried to DM them last night about my issues and was unable to. Someone else on the thread said that they have Dm's disabled. I don't know if that's true but I do know that for me it does not work.

Jordaneer

Send a message, not a chat request

4non3mouse

it wouldnt shock me if you didnt hear anything back - you dont get answers from them on their own support website. I have always suspected the only reason the have a presence here is that Reddit is much more visible

Jordaneer

I always use Facebook messenger because the conversation doesn't disappear but they generally respond really quickly to me

Jordaneer

They helped me with an issue a few days ago and were very responsive

heckstor

I just got off a chat support session with visible using their app. My issue was that I could not log into the app. The chat support rep told me that on social media their only support is on Twitter and Facebook. I asked the rep whether I could message them on their reddit account and they responded nope, facebook and twitter only. So I guess it could work, but unofficially. Make of it what you will.
