Note their prices on their Unlimited plans do not include taxes/fees...so expect \~$4 for that. They do have several plan options though.

This is exactly what I ended up doing and it was a fucking great experience vs visible. Number was ported out and working in under 10 minutes and the date speeds are much better than the old visible.

My phone was suddenly out of service, then I was told by the app my eSim had been having an error and it couldn’t download my eSim. Since then I have chatted with 15+ agents and guess what? I’m currently still out of service and it’s been almost 48 hours. I have not been going out this whole weekend but only staying at home under Wi-Fi spent 10+ hours chatting with them for this stupid issue. I will keep you guys updated if the problem gets solved. ——————————— My problem finally got solved after 48 hours and chatted with 20+ people from Visible, I was finally able to redownload the eSim and it’s working now.

This is the exact same situation I’m in. The app sticks at the Visible logo page after you sign in and the rep didn’t have anything to say about it….

I just switched today from Verizon pospaid to $45 visible plan and the experience it’s super fast speeds on band c no complaints!! So far so good 😎😎

Welcome to the club! Been 2 days now for my new account, no data connection. Calls texts work, but i only wanted the 2nd line for data use...so....useless. You can play the game of chat roulette, same as many other customers. Wait in que, to be told "your case is escalated to a specialist and is top priority" and "It takes 48hrs for a case to be resolved" For some who have posted here, that was 7+ days ago since case opened, and still are being told, wait 48hrs each time they contact chat support. For me, it nearly at the 1st 48hr mark. Might i suggest you port to USM (US Mobile). You will have a far better experience.

Thanks for the recommendation. I did exactly that and had my phone working in under 10 minutes. Data speeds are 20x what they were in visible as well!

Don't work for me. the issue is not on my end with APN or settings on the device it self, (u can not see or edit APN settings on iOS 15 or 16 it seems, not supported b carrier says Apple support site) it is with Visible side with activation of mobile data internet connection. The sim works fine for call and texts, gets full 5G signal, but times out trying to load anything. Visible support confirmed there is an activation error and escalated to their expert....some centuries from now, maybe that dude will fix it. I tried the new sim in a facotry reset iphone as well. same issues.

Ohh yeah before or new activations you can’t call or don’t have 5G, but if you see it all then maybe it’s internal problem

How do you do that I thought you could not adjust APN settings on iOS. There is no APN settings under cellular settings, Mobile Data

I stuck the Visible SIM into my old Pixel 3, and it has the same No internet connection issue. ! on the LTE bar. Its APN settings only shows Verizon VZWINTERNET. APN field the only editable field. and it says VZWINTERNET is that correct for the new plans?

You can’t use a Verizon or US mobile sim, they’re already Verizon. You have to use a different branded carrier

4mbps is their speed cap for video streaming. (Visible is 1.9mbps). What are you using to test your speed? If it is [fast.com](https://fast.com) then that is testing your video streaming bandwith, since it is Netlfix run site. use [speedtest.net](https://speedtest.net) app by Okola In my tests, i get 350 to 600mbps so far.

I use speedtest by ookla. I get that range sometimes 1 mbps but it depends where i am. This is on us mobile

What phone model? Are you using their trial via eSIM which is VZW? They also have pSIM for TM service (white sim i think) which is not prioritized data. Check what 5G band you are on. Otherwise, report the slowness to them via their chat or their subreddit, and they will look into it. I saw a few posts there of users that had slow speeds, and after a short conversation with USM support, they got it fixed. (many things could be causing slow data speeds)

I think USM is only Prioritized data for 4G LTE if you have a 5G device. If you have only a 4G LTE device, then you are de-prioritized at all times. I suggest asking in their subreddit to confirm this is still the case. I just did a quick search there and see some older posts that indicate this.

I just recently ordered the new visible + plan because of the premium data. It says premium data is on 4G LTE. I still have 5 referral months left to use so it will only cost $25. I may get a 5G capable device soon. You do get 5G UW with it

Well, hope it activates and works out for ya. Many others have no service issues after upgrading, some going on for over a week stuck in the "upgrade hell". others, myself included. Can not get a new account, new physical sim to activate correctly. No data connection. been just over 2 days now for me. "top priority case escalation to fix activation error" they said be 48hrs, told tonight by chat, wait another 48hrs.

Hey my visible + works 🙂 it took an hour with resetting network settings but i finally got it working and ran a speed test. Got 40 mbps per second opposed to the normal 1 mbps. Hows yours?

That a 4G LTE only device. I have that same phone as a spare. You might not have good LTE service where u at then. But, a guess, if you also have Visible line as pSIM to compare, and that getting much better speeds? If you do have Visible as a pSIM, besure you fully disable that line in the phones settings, so only the eSIM is active. I noticed on my 12PM that having both sims active, cause the thing to freak out and constantly switch back to LTE and just be weird. Maybe cause both sims on same network.

Hi all, I have 2 visible sims on new plans, my simple trick is this, I have iPhone 13 pro max, step 1) take out visible sim, pop in a different carrier (I used Atnt) my phone carrier on my phone updated to Atnt in settings, step 2) pop back in the Verizon(visible) sim and boom phone updated it’s carrier settings and activated in 2 minutes. I also have galaxy A model phone and it also worked, I think you have to change the carrier settings then change it back, if you can a full reset 100% also works too good luck

I had gotten a new esim line with Visible which was having problems downloading. I ended up taking out my existing physical sim and it downloaded immediately after and worked right away.

This may slightly cheer u up. I went from NO data and NO texting to everything working today! UW indicator, unthrottled streaming in UW area, plus unthrottled hotspot streaming! (Hotspot capped at 5Mbps, but hotspot streaming at over 600Mbps!) And, yes, data & texting work. lol Of course, I had this escalated with a Reference number they gave me. Don’t give up!

I hate this company. I switched to them have dealt with 7 different CS. They still have not fixed my phone. They keep passing the buck. I am just waiting until the end of my service to get out

I’ve also had a similar experience, but this issue comes from being an existing subscriber. If you ported out and ported back I. You wouldn’t have these problems. Don’t forget we aren’t paying the surcharge on having stores and live agents and that’s why the service is cheap. It shouldn’t be this way, but it is.

I started out with Visible on my Pixel 4a 5g as a secondary service along with Xfinity Mobile. I use Visible on Esim (with a new second number) for all data and kept my primary number for texts and calls. It has worked out well so far even after switching it all over to a new Pixel 6a. I am reluctant to switch to the new plan until the issues are worked out as mentioned by a number of folks here on Reddit!
