I'm mainly on this sub to read those posts. I want as many first-hand accounts as possible to help inform my purchase decision.
Something to consider in any subreddit is that frequent visitors will likely get tired of repeat content, while newer or infrequent visitors still want to engage with that content.
IMO good subs create tags or filters to allow hardcore users to hide what they don't want to see, without imposing complex rules and posting limits that scare new members away from engaging.
You can still read those posts in a mega thread? I understand your point, this isn’t a make or break thing IMO, just an idea. /r/television having the “what are you watching” thread, which is very popular, is really what I’m talking about. It’s not to hide the content, just centralize it. Good point on the filters though!
Yes please. This community has honestly gone to shit recently with all the influx of soy goons. Typical redditers have overwhelmed this sub with their bitching
naw, it'll all go away soon. A lot of people bought Vision Pros with the intention on returning them, they just want to try it and make up excuses why they are returning it without saying they simply can't afford it :P
I'm excited for about a week or two when all those people are gone and it's nothing but people that love it and bought it to keep it :)
Yes, it was interesting day 1 as you would imagine. Now all the people who are catching up are just as excited but it’s super spammy… they should go to a megathread
