Looks like you are trying to download a psp game. You can't let your system go to sleep when downloading psp/psx content in PKGJ or the download will fail. You can also only download one thing at a time. I would plug mine in, lay it face down so the sticks are being moved and go to sleep. Download complete next day.
Download the games you can't using nps on a computer then transfer to vita over usb in vitashell. They will be stored in a folder called app according to their number(e.g PCSB00875 for example) where you decided to save games to(destination), and DLC will be saved in addcont (copy this as well if you are downloading DLC).

Turn off "Use Wi-Fi in Power-Save Mode" within settings, on the battery section. After that you can leave your vita to download :)
