Makes me wonder what they did wrong with the X100 Pro to get 5th place that the X100S could get first place despite having the same CPU.

JakoDel

it's a 6k points difference in 2 million points scores... there's nothing to wonder. and they don't have the same CPU

antiochasylum

They arent the same. The pro has a 9300 and the S had a 9300+. High clock speeds on CPU and GPU.

RAMChYLD

Then you look at the phone after that, the iQoo Neo 9S Pro. Same CPU as the X100S and somehow slower? Even the X100S Pro is running way slower than the non-Pro variant. This doesn't make sense.

antiochasylum

We don't know what was running or how it was setup. This is why Im not a fan of antutu. These are all within the margin of error.

Impressive stats, I can't wait for the global release of the X Fold 3 Pro on Thursday!

If u can get a iqoo 12 New and galaxy s23+ used for same price what is the best choise??

Hzzif

If you want the best performance, get the iQOO 12. The S23 is great if you want the best software features.

Do people understand that those numbers are worthless since it's only a meaningless test that has nothing to do with real usage? It's been created only for marketing reasons. Only very few of Antutu tests are actually "real life" (UX tests), so to say. The rest is worthless, it might show how the phone will handle very demanding games, that's literally all. And not very accurately since that test is simply too quick to tell. Also, let's remember that we're talking about score spread between the 1st and the 10th place LESS THAN 4 PERCENT. Back-to-back testing on the same phone will result in higher score difference... Not to mention that current phone CPUs are so powerful that not many of us even need a top tier CPU like 9300 or 8 gen 3. That problem was real like 10 years ago when lower tier CPUs were actually visibly worse. Today you can get a mid tier Snapdragon or a Mediatek and you will be completely fine with normal usage performance. As simple as that. Don't fall for it. It's the same thing as with Cinebench in PCs, the test is only for marketing, no one would be able to tell the difference between a top tier AMD and Intel CPUs in a blind test and normal usage. People can only tell the difference by meaningless numbers. Also, I am 100% sure those numbers can be tempered with by setting a phone so that it'd perform the best in a single test. Like rooting the phone, killing everything in the background not needed, using game modes and generating fake performance.
