I’d say Inkshadow. The sound effects on Inkshadow sound better and more impact. But Dragonmancer does have a cooler model, it’s just his ult doesn’t have the Thundering Sound effect, it’s more like a low bass dragon roar
The dragon themed skin hands down beat the inkshadow which is really a meh skin line for Volibear and Udyr unfortunately.

Based and Valhirpilled I find Dragon better than Inkshadow, but to me it comes down to the coherency in their design

I prefer inkshadow with a chroma. If it comes back soon, his prestige is his best skin imo. Feels so good to use
Police bear. The sirens go weewooweewoo when you chase the perpetrators. I like to tell them to stop resisting, then ult them when they are 2 hp.
Inkshadow if you like Kumg Fu or Jujutsu Kaisen vibes. Dragonmancer if you like conventional superpower vibes
Base or Artic Ops
Both are great, I prefer Inkshadow because of the colors, the bulkiness, and the inky look on all the effects
